What you're booking for session a.
Four hours, in one sitting
A half day with two breaks. Your team is using Claude on their own work before it ends — this is not a demonstration you sit and watch.
In person, your place or ours
We bring the screen, the prompt cards and the workbooks. If you are hosting, all we need is a room, power and somewhere to put a screen.
One person, or up to eight
The same morning works one-to-one or for a small group. Tell us the number when you book and we will bring the right amount of everything.
Session B comes later
This books the first half day. You book the follow-up once the practice period is underway, so it lands when the questions have built up.
Before
the day.
Half an hour of preparation is the difference between a good morning and a great one. We send this as a reminder once the date is set.
Your laptop and phone
Charged, with the rights to install an app on the laptop. The phone is for the mobile app and voice mode.
A Claude account
Sign up at claude.ai with your work email. A paid plan gets the most out of the day, and we will talk through the options if you are unsure.
Your usual logins
Work email, calendar and file storage, reachable from that laptop.
Three to five real work items
An email thread, meeting notes, a policy, a spreadsheet, a proposal. Real work, nothing highly confidential.
The three tasks that eat your week
Written down before you arrive. The afternoon is aimed at them specifically.
No technical knowledge is needed, and nobody has to have used Claude before. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
The price covers both sessions, the practice material in between, and every resource kept afterwards — booking them separately is about dates, not two invoices. Group packages are available for more than one participant, to a group of up to eight.
