Value 32 Limited ("Value 32", "we", "us") is a creative technology studio based in Wellington, New Zealand. We are the agency responsible for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

We collect personal information that you choose to give us:

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, when you email us, call us, or submit a form on this site.
• Correspondence — the content of your enquiries and our replies, so we can respond and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Newsletter subscriptions — your email address, if you sign up for updates.
• Client project information — during an engagement, information about your business and systems that is necessary to do the work.

We do not require you to give us personal information to browse this website, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account details through this site.

We use personal information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have asked for.
• Send you updates you have subscribed to, until you unsubscribe.
• Meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
• Improve how this website and our services work.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of client project information to train AI models.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Service providers who host this site, deliver our email, or provide the tools we use to run the studio — acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, such as our accountant, where required.
• Anyone else, where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards are in place, as required by the Privacy Act 2020.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as we are legally required to. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Records relating to client work are kept for a period consistent with our legal and tax obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure, including access controls on the systems we use. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can also ask us to delete information or to stop contacting you.

Email contact@value32.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and the current version always applies.
